Released to celebrate Fèis Ìle 2024, this 14 Year Old limited edition was matured in Bourbon casks for 11 years then transferred into Ruby Port Hogsheads for a 3 year finish. Robust notes of cherries, dark chocolate and berries dominate, leading into a lingering, spicy finish.
ABV 58.7% - Fèis Ìle - Bourbon and Ruby Port
NOSE
Initial burst of dark chocolate which fades to reveal toasted oak, cherries, plums and raspberries, with a hint of caramelised walnuts.
PALATE
Spicy yet sweet, with cinnamon and nutmeg intertwined with pain au chocolat, redcurrants, pomegranate and sweet malt.
FINISH
Lingering finish with cocoa and spice.
