Every bottle is as unique as the man it’s named after – Baker Beam, grandnephew of the legendary Jim Beam. Baker’s High Rye Bourbon pays homage to Baker’s trucking business, where he delivered grains to James B. Beam Distilling Co and developed an appreciation for different grains and their influence on whiskey.
TASTING NOTES
Baker’s High Rye is crafted from a bourbon mashbill with more rye grain than the traditional Baker’s recipe. While the notes of every barrel of Baker’s offer a unique tasting journey, you can expect a few defining characteristics:

Charred oak balanced with notes of vanilla, caramel, and dried fruit.
PALATE
Flavors of charred oak and brown sweets with subtle rye spice character.
