Our 2 Year Añejo builds on the foundation of our signature
expression, extending the aging process to further develop
character and complexity. The result is greater depth, structure,
and refinement. While it remains true to our estate-grown lowland
agave, it offers a more mature, elevated experience. It’s a bold step
forward—familiar, yet distinctly evolved.

FLAVOR PROFILE

Rich cooked agave remains at the core, now layered with deeper barrel-
driven notes developed over two years of maturation. Warm caramel

and toasted oak intertwine with subtle vanilla and baking spice, while
hints of dried fruit and honey add roundness. The nose carries soft
oak, light citrus, and gentle sweetness. The palate is structured yet
balanced, finishing long with a smooth, warming complexity.

SERVING RECOMMENDATIONS
Best enjoyed neat or with a small splash of water to open up its layered
aromas and flavors. Its depth and structure also make it an exceptional
base for elevated spirit-forward cocktails, bringing richness and
maturity to classics.
