Alma Plata - Bagaso (Limited Release)

Our Limited Release Bagaso Plata pushes boundaries while
honoring the roots of traditional agave distillation. After
extraction, the bagaso—crushed agave fibers—were reintroduced
into the open-air fermentation tanks. By allowing the agave fibers
to participate in fermentation, an added layer of depth, vegetal
richness, and unmistakable mouthfeel was coaxed out.

FLAVOR PROFILE
A strong cooked agave profile emerges from fermentation with
the fibers, bringing forward pronounced herbaceous character
balanced by notes of sweet honey and mint. The nose opens with
sweet citrus layered alongside cilantro and a touch of minerality.
The palate carries a medium finish that coats the mouth and
delivers an exceptional, textured mouthfeel.

SERVING RECOMMENDATIONS
The amplified agave character takes classic cocktails to the
next level. While exceptional as a sipping tequila, Bagaso Plata
also has the ability to elevate every cocktail and ingredient it’s
paired with.
