pushes the boundaries of tradition. Crafted from a single run of estate-grown
agave from the Valley of Amatitán, this unique joven undergoes simultaneous
aging in both 20L glass jars and 200L used bourbon barrels before being
blended and proofed to 50% ABV with deep well water. The result is a tequila with
remarkable concentration and depth, where high proof amplifies every nuance.
Its bold character stands up to rich, complex flavors like amaro and coffee,
making it a favorite for adventurous cocktails, yet remains strikingly refined

FLAVOR PROFILE

This tequila showcases a harmonious balance between rich barrel
influence and the pure expression of agave. The nose opens with
deep notes of toasted sesame, dark cacao, fresh coconut, and savory
mole, layered with cinnamon, sable cookies, and salted caramel. On
the palate, waves of crème brûlée, baking spice, and cocoa powder
unfold alongside fresh mint and ripe banana, offering both depth and
vibrancy. The finish is long and warming, with accents of candied
citrus peel, subtle spice, and lingering chocolate, highlighting the
